It's difficult to think of any reasons why Macklemore isn't one of the greatest musicians of our generation. He has created some of the most epic songs to ever grace our ears, and his lyrics will forever be etched in the clouds.
To start this project, I did some research into epic typography. I drew most of my inspiration from 80s fantasy movie posters. The lyrical video was created using only After Effects. I utilized masks, 3D layers and a camera to bend the typography into the clouds and create a dynamic and cinematic feel.
