Green Grapes

10 Ways for Death


I have never liked green grapes because they are too sour. The purpose of this assignment was to visually represent different words. I couldn't think of a better way to do this than by squashing some green grapes. (No red grapes were harmed in the making of this cartoon because they are too sweet!)


Voice overs were recorded and edited in Logic Pro mostly using my voice. The sound effects were sourced from FreeSounds.org. Everything was mixed and leveled using After Effects.

I used Photoshop to create style frames, storyboards, and textures. With After Effects, I created all the characters and assets, and then imported textures and used track mattes to achieve the desired look. The last step was to export everything into a new composition. I then used several different adjustment layers for color correction.
